I very thankful for the Refs and proud of the growing they have to do. They are 13-15yr olds managing adults and children in a forever moving and changing environment, thats not easy if you are an adult. Well done to them!

Yr 3-4 Miniball Grand Final! Redcliff's Taniwha's overall champions!
Those of us that came witnessed an awesome 'arm wrestle of a game' between the Redcliffs Taniwha's and the Mt Pleasant Breakers. Both teams deserved their names. Both teams came from a winning all their games for their venue. Both teams had great attitude and skill.
Mt Pleasant came with their speed and 'in close' shooting game. Redcliffs came with a defensive , slow build up, long shot and passing game.
It was quite the game and could have gone either way and both teams should be proud and a pity there has to be one winning team. Well done to both teams and congratulations Redcliffs Taniwha's.
Its safe to say that the first ever mini ball competition was a real hit! Roll on 2015.

Jump till you drop?
When do we jump? How do we jump ? How do we land? Do we only use it in athletics ? Mt Pleasant students made up games around jumping and landing. They then used the ideas to better themselves at high jump and long jump.
Balance , team work, trust and....
Gymnastics can be dreaded by many but we often over look the simple things of balance and team work that are vet effective if kept simple. Students from Star of the Sea showing how it can look challenging and simple
